Hi, I'm Ann! I am a mental health professional with a passion for mental wellness. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults looking to work on their mental health. I believe everyone has the natural desire to grow and that is what therapy with me is all about; personal growth. I specialize in a diverse range of mental health concerns. I focus on helping clients navigate and overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues and grief/loss. My approach is addressing not only the immediate symptoms but also the underlying issues that contribute to clients' struggles.
I currently work in the school setting with elementary and middle school aged kids as a School Social Worker. I also have experience working with adults in the private practice setting.
As a mental health therapist, I desire to help my clients grow in their knowledge of themselves, gain confidence in their whole being, and further thrive in their relationships. When it comes down to it, we all deserve to experience authentic joy. I offer a complimentary phone consultation and would love to chat with you to see if we'd be a good fit!
