Hello! My name is Ann Legierski, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Palm Springs, California. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and have spent over 14 years helping people navigate life’s twistier roads. My primary focus is supporting individuals and couple working through mental health conditions, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure out where to start, you don't have to carry it all by yourself—or take things so seriously that you forget to breathe.

I currently provide Telehealth therapy to adults and couples (18+) throughout California. My specialties include anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, substance use and addiction, relationships, and end-of-life transitions. I also proudly offer strong support for the LGBTQIA+ community, with particular focus on gender identity and sexual orientation.

Therapy is a powerful tool for growth. My goal is to help clients cultivate self-awareness, curiosity, and a renewed sense of purpose. My own 20-year journey of recovery from addiction inspired me to become a therapist, and I can personally attest to the transformative power of therapy.
