About
Do you not feel good enough, no matter what you do? You may be fed up with nitpicking yourself, second guessing yourself, or constantly trying to please others. You might not even remember when things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to prioritize your needs for once. You’re ready to feel safe in your own skin. And most of all, you’re ready to form a deeper connection with yourself AND others. I can help you discover who you are underneath the mask you have carefully created, because therapy should be a place where you understand and embrace your true self.
Sessions with me are about understanding your internal world, healing from past wounds, and figuring out the barriers that keep you from feeling fulfilled and whole in your life. Together, we will help you feel safe, accepted, self-confident, and trust in your own voice again. We will go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.
As a therapist experienced in working with perfectionism, codependency and low self-esteem, I believe in creating a space for you to finally let down your guard and begin the healing that you have been longing for. You don’t have to feel enslaved to what others think of you, and you don’t have to heal alone. Contact me today - I can’t wait to hear from you!
