Serving Individuals, Families, Couples, Adolescents > 15 years, and older Adults. Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Basic trained in EMDR and certified in Mind/Body Medicine.
I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop coping skills and interventions that will work for them. Use of evidenced-based practices and trauma-informed care. Multiple modalities used, including, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Couples Therapy, Pre/Post Deployment Counseling.
Change is inevitable especially in these challenging times. Transitions can be easier to navigate when we have the support of people around us. Developing our own skills builds resiliency and self-confidence. I look forward to working with clients who are ready to move forward in their journeys!
