Hello, and thank you for visiting my page! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with adults, adolescents and children struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and family, marital and peer conflict. I specialize in assisting clients in personal empowerment, communicating needs, setting boundaries, building confidence, and building on existing strengths. I also bring dedicated experience to individuals navigating or recovering from emotional intimate partner abuse, survivors of narcissistic abuse, and bullying within workplace or school environments.
As a LMFT, I have extensive training in assisting my clients with the exploration of early traumas, expectations, and beliefs stemming from the family of origin, challenging and breaking habits and patterns that no longer are helpful. My clients benefit from my systemic training when navigating marriage, family and peer relationships.
My practice is a welcoming, inclusive space for individuals of all backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
