My desire is to bring hope to my clients and offer a safe place to be heard and affirmed. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate through difficult times. I believe we are created for a purpose and that walking through these challenges cause us to grow, strengthen our relationships and help us to see for what purpose we were made.
I provide therapy from a systems-based approach, which just means we are all impacted and influenced by those with whom we are in relationship with. These relationships, especially those from our family of origin, can teach us about ourselves and our current relationships.
