She incorporates an eclectic range of several different therapeutic modalities to ensure she can tailor her approach to best fit each client. Modalities she draws from include Trauma Systems Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
Ann likes to balance sessions with a mix of skills building, psychoeducation, and talk therapy depending on each client’s needs and interest.
In her free time, Ann enjoys dancing, writing poetry or short stories, ice skating, video gaming, and spending time outdoors.
