Often what we are experiencing in our lives - in relationships, at school, at work, and within our families - is a reflection of what is happening inside of us. In order to make sense of what's happening around you, you often have to look inside yourself and come to a deeper understanding of who you are in this world. Therapy can be that journey of your inner world.
As your therapist, I gently guide you to the places you have yet to explore so that you can bring new awareness and compassion to the choices you make in your life. Connecting to your internal experience encourages personal accountability and empowers you to create the life you want.
