Relationships are important for our well-being. Relationships can also be very difficult at times. Some relationships are more difficult than others. Whether you are having difficulties with a spouse, partner, boss, or friends, I can help you learn to have better relationships with others. We will work together in finding ways to navigate difficult people and how to leave interactions feeling good. I want to help those that are currently or survived emotional abuse in finding recovery and provide a start to having healthy relationships.
Recovering form emotional abuse can be difficult. We can work towards healthy relationships with a variety of tools to get there. We will develop a plan together for emotional abuse recovery or difficult relationships and work towards happier, healthier relationships.
