Welcome to Seaside Counseling. Seeking counseling services and asking a stranger to assist you in addressing your concerns can be intimidating. I know from personal experience it can be difficult to take that first step. My goal is to provide a safe environment where we can work together to resolve challenging and overwhelming circumstances and emotions. At one time or another, everyone faces challenges such as relationship conflicts, life transitions or loss of a loved one. As a licensed professional counselor, my approach is solution focused. I use various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in addressing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, loss of self-esteem, grief and loss. In many cases, the client can begin to experience relief early in the therapeutic process.
