About
Being able to talk openly and honestly about feelings is the foundation of therapy. A therapist is a supportive person who can listen to you and give you honest feedback in an emotionally safe space. Therapy is about getting a better understanding of yourself, your behavior, feelings, motivations, and patterns. When you come to therapy, I want you to feel comfortable coming in just as you are.
I help people who are coping with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, substance abuse, and trauma. My practice uses trauma-informed therapy, CBT, acceptance and commitment, DBT skills, mindfulness, and emotional regulation. I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional trained in treatment of trauma survivors.
You will experience a non-judgmental client-centered environment where you become more aware of your behavior, feelings and thinking patterns which thread through your life, relationships, and self-fulfillment. For client convenience, I offer therapy on Telehealth in addition to in-person.
