I am most interested in working with couples who are open to building a more compassionate internal relationship within themselves in service of creating the kind of partnership for which they yearn.
I have trained in a number of different models for couples therapy but I am particularly drawn to and working with the Internal Family Systems model of couples therapy. I take an active role in the consultation room and invite regular feedback about how the work is going.
I am a licensed social worker and licensed marriage and family therapist practicing for 28 years. I also have expertise in addictions and trauma. I offer a service that is based on years of dedicated practice and study of many forms of psychotherapy, with a curiosity for new models.
