Welcome, I’m Ann. I specialize in working with women, focusing on helping each of my patients in a truly unique and person centered manner. My goal is to focus on helping you build foundational tools to meet your goals of a healthier, mentally well, and balanced life. Whether those needs are working through past or recent trauma, support through a challenging life transition, developing ADHD management skills, identifying and implementing support for depression or anxiety, I will help you create the necessary skills to find insight and inner strength.
I am a trauma focused psychotherapist, licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor and Clinician Professional Art Therapist in the state of Maryland. With this background, I am able to work with you in both a traditional therapeutic capacity as well as an artistic one. I offer each of my patients a unique and personalized approach to therapy.
My job is to help you explore themes and answers to your questions that lead to growth. To help you find a sense of clarity, to have a safe place to navigate life's challenges and find answers for yourself. I believe that we take on many roles that each deserve to be honored.
