Welcome! Are you ready to unburden from ingrained patterns, heal trauma wounds, and welcome joy, connectedness, and wonderment into your life? I can help. I'm an attachment-focused and trauma-informed psychotherapist with a curious mind, open heart, and hearty sense of humor. I believe that therapy should feel nourishing and meaningful - and the effects should be transformative. As a Narrative, EMDR, Sandtray, and IFS trained therapist, I helps clients “re-author” their lives — often using experiential and expressive arts activities or guided ‘parts’ exercises in order to make space for new ways of thinking and understanding.
Pulling from DBT, Emotionally-Focused, and Somatic toolboxes, I help clients reduce/manage anxiety, work with neurodivergence, improve mood, regulate the nervous system, and center the mind. My work with clients often yields increased confidence, curiosity, and compassion — as well as a deepened sense of connectedness with self, loved-ones, and community.
A session with me might look like traditional talk therapy, or it might involve a range of unique experiences: a guided meditation, walk in the woods, art, or even a game of cards. I'll follow your lead. Once we are in a flow, I'll often begin sessions with “How would you like to use our time today?” Let's connect, dig in, and forge a path together!
