Do you suffer from anxiety, depression, anger, grief, or loneliness? Are you struggling with difficult relationships? Life can be difficult and confusing; but with help, hope and happiness are within reach. In my work at SC Counseling Center, I see each client as a unique individual. I tailor my approach to meet your needs in an emotionally-safe environment as I direct the natural process toward healing. My goal is to support each client in developing compassionate self-awareness as issues are confronted, bringing a calm, supportive, non-judgmental presence to this process.
I offer individual counseling using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including person-centered therapy and CBT. In addition to our time together, I can recommend books, videos and homework to facilitate growth and healing in between our sessions. If desired, I'm trained in spiritual direction and can offer a spiritual component to our work together.
