Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained can make even ordinary days feel heavier than they should. I'm Ann, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in Austin, TX. I offer trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief, life transitions, or feeling lost. I have a particular passion for working with people who may be stepping into therapy for the first time and aren't quite sure what to expect.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with being truly seen, heard, and respected. You are the expert on your own life, and together we'll explore patterns that no longer serve you, rediscover your strengths, and build resilience for what's ahead.
