My therapeutic approach stems from the belief that when we are able to tell our story without fear of judgment, in a safe space with someone we trust, we are able to uncover our authentic voice, discover our strengths, and feel empowered to cope, heal and live. I help clients deepen their awareness and working knowledge of their nervous systems.
I primarily work with adults who seek to increase their sense of wellbeing and authenticity. People come to counseling curious about how they can better handle stress, and often find they become more effective colleagues, present partners and patient parents.
