Helping people heal and recover from anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles and major life challenges using EMDR, somatic therapy and mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy. Holistic counseling sessions involve understanding how your past creates your present, mindfulness, contemplation and meditation techniques, modalities for effective nervous system regulation, commitment to self discovery, transformation and a disciplined, daily self care practice.
My client’s are self motivated, self disciplined and create the space and time in their life to focus on healing and self transformation. My client’s understand that despite their early circumstance, all the issues currently in their lives arise from their own choices and are committed to self responsibility and growth.
I am trained in and use various techniques such as EMDR, somatic release, neural retraining, meditation and I use a Buddhist Psychotherapy framework to help people overcome PTSD and difficult states of anxiety, depression, addiction and attachment issues.
