She believes a healthy body contributes to a healthy mind and therefore emphasizes the importance of the mind body connection.
She has worked in a variety of settings including not-for-profits, community mental health agencies and hospitals. She’s trained in individual counseling, group counseling and crisis intervention. She has experience working with people of all ages including children, teens and adults.
