Feeling anxious, sad, or experiencing grief? Need assistance with trauma or PTSD? You are not alone. I work with individuals (children, teens, and adults), families, and couples who need assistance walking through life events and managing everyday life. The world is often a hectic, heavy place, you do not need to walk through it alone.
EMDR Trained by EMDRIA to assist with trauma and PTSD. I also work with clients with anxiety, depression, and ADHD; life events like marriage, divorce, grief, parenthood, and getting through school at any age.
As the widow of a first responder I have seen first-hand the trials, tribulations, and stress that come with being a first responder or being married to one. I understand the strain and illnesses these positions can bring into the family and what it is like to heal from grief for children, teens, and adults.
