People rarely come to therapy because they don't know they're unhappy. They come because they're tired of being unhappy and don't know what to do about it. You don't have to arrive with everything figured out. We'll sort through what's happening, figure out what needs to change, and work toward meaningful change. Whether you're trying to repair a relationship, prepare for marriage, navigate a life transition, or feel more like yourself again, we'll start where you are.
I approach helping people in an honest, direct, and supportive way. I work primarily with couples, including premarital counseling and couples intensives with customized plans and workbooks. I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, feeling stuck, or feeling disconnected from who they are.
You don't have to walk through my door with a plan, a diagnosis, or a perfectly organized explanation of what's wrong. Honestly, most people don't. Bring me the mess. We'll sort through it, figure out what's actually going on, and decide what to do next.
