Through self-reflection, we gain valuable insights into our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Our therapists are here to guide you in this process, helping you uncover patterns and understand the underlying causes of your experiences. With these insights, you can build greater resilience, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges. Empathy is at the core of our practice. We provide a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will work towards fostering empathy not only towards others but also towards yourself, enhancing your emotional well-being and relationships.

I work at Ann Arbor Therapy & Testing, formerly CNLD Testing & Therapy. From a young age, the inclination to approach others who appear to be experiencing hardship became instilled in me through early life experiences and choices. The passion I have towards helping others achieve their full life potential and engage in purposeful growth is of great importance to me. Having worked years in partial hospitalization, I enjoy working with individuals who are both experiencing challenging life circumstances and are motivated to achieve great resilience & fortitude.
