I love connecting with teens, adults, and couples to overcome things like family conflict, relationship issues, academic and social challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and grief. With adults and teens, I draw on CBT and attachment techniques to strengthen connection and communication within families and to help clients gain insight, develop a healthy identity, and meet their goals. With couples, I use the Gottman Method, an evidence-based approach to resolving conflict, feeling understood, and increasing emotional connection.
