I offer compassionate support for parents as they move through the early years of parenthood. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience working with families, I specialize in postpartum mental health and parent guidance for families with young children (birth through age eight). Clients come to me with a variety challenges in the early parenting years, whether it relates to postpartum adjustment or navigating difficult early childhood behaviors.
As a certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C) with advanced training in child development, I use evidence-based approaches throughout my work. I have a background in play therapy, movement based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I am also trained in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions).
