If you are facing loss, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I would be honored to support you. My experience includes working with adults and adolescents in a private practice, a community college, and a hospice on a wide range of issues. I have accompanied clients from varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds through their life journeys. I am a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
I offer talk therapy, Brainspotting, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is recognized as an effective form of treatment for trauma and other disturbing experiences. I am also a certified yoga instructor and blend elements of yoga and mindfulness-based approaches into my sessions as appropriate.
My client-centered, solution-focused approach allows me to use a variety of research-based therapeutic practices to support you. I provide a confidential, warm, and nonjudgmental environment in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings as you move forward in your healing.
