**currently on a waitlist** Hello! I have been providing mental health services in the state of New Mexico since 2012. I have experience working with a wide variety of populations. I have worked with youth in both treatment foster care and an out patient setting. I have also worked with queer youth and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I have experience with people on probation/parole and people in recovery. Additionally, I have worked with youth and adults as they cope with the effects of the pandemic.
I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, women, and members of the LGBT community who are experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma symptoms. I primarily do individual counseling, but have experience with families, couples, and groups. My sessions provide a safe, objective, and supportive space to help facilitate healing.
I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, safe space. I use a client centered approach in my sessions, and incorporate humor into them. My goal is to help my clients as they navigate through their therapeutic work to better understand themselves, develop appropriate skills, and heal overall.
