I specialize in EMDR intensives: focused sessions from 90 minutes to a half day that help your brain and nervous system process what's been stuck. Instead of weekly sessions over many months, we work in concentrated blocks so momentum builds. You can keep your current therapist. I offer EMDR as an adjunct and coordinate with them.

Living on high alert is exhausting, and wanting relief sooner isn't impatience. It's human. Many clients find intensive work brings meaningful change in a shorter timeframe than traditional weekly therapy. I offer EMDR intensives from 90 minutes to a half day via telehealth. My approach is attachment-focused and trauma-informed, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation so processing feels safe and contained. Each intensive begins with preparation and resourcing, then moves into focused EMDR on the memories or patterns you want to resolve.
