My priority is to honor the unique requirements each client and couple has fostering hope, self-empowerment, and positive change. I have a special interest in C-PTSD, codependency, and attachment issues. As a member of the military family, I work with those impacted by the military lifestyle. For couples, I have completed Gottman Level 1 training.
I understand the strength and courage it takes to talk to someone and to be vulnerable. My commitment is to walk with you on a journey of getting to know those deeper parts of yourself in an environment of safety and help you to meet personal goals.
