I received a Bachelors of Science in Human Services with a Minor in Women Studies from Old Dominion University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and Master of Arts Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, trauma, bipolar, & depression, all being areas of my speciality. Although this is the case there are other areas of the mental health field that I service. I also work with families, couples and individuals (older/younger adults, teenagers, and child).
