Also, with a lifelong career in education, I can also bridge emotional and academic needs.
My care is rooted in person-centered therapy and integrates CBT to help identify unhelpful thought patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop practical coping tools that can be used in everyday life. For children, I use non-directive play therapy, allowing them to express themselves naturally through play, creativity, and imagination.
