I also teach advanced energy healing to therapists/professionals & within trauma informed containers.
My focus is to help and support folx who have experienced trauma (cultural, identity, developmental, single incident) with modalities that support safety and empowerment. I practice IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Safe & Sound Protocol, and Hypnosis (parts and regression) in ways that affirm your unique identities/cultural contexts. I teach energy healing/reiki
