Therapy is a challenging journey. If you’re here, then you’ve started your journey to heal. I help adults ages 18 and up, incorporating academic knowledge, professional and personal experiences, and valuable resources to overcome challenges with panic disorder, domestic/intimate partner violence, substance abuse, and immigration issues. My mission is to challenge you in a safe space where you can process and understand your past, determine the root cause of your struggles, and help you connect with yourself in order to resolve them.
Services are available in English and Hungarian.
Building trust can be a difficult, and delicate, task. That’s why I utilize strength-based therapy so you feel empowered and in control. Through an integrated approach, I tailor care to you, incorporating Psychodynamic, Person Centered, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapies to help you achieve lasting change and growth.
As a therapist, I have more than 20 years of experience working with various populations across clinical settings, including a community mental health clinic, hospital, collage wellness center, and residential substance abuse treatment. I look forward to using this knowledge to help you navigate your struggles and live the fulfilling life you deserve.
