Life can be unpredictable, and with all its twists and turns, it can bring many challenges. My goal is to help you navigate through those challenges to support you on your journey of self-reflection and healing. I aim to provide a safe space to talk, cry, and express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This will also be a space where you will be heard, challenged, and validated. I love working with people, and I have a passion for it. I bring a wealth of knowledge to counseling through my education, training, work history, and life experiences. I am equipped to work with people to help motivate, encourage, and inspire.
I have experience working with various populations, including adolescents, teenagers, and adults from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I utilize evidence-based practices. My experience has allowed me to work with people who have experienced various mental health challenges.
I like to approach my initial sessions by taking time to get to know a person. I believe you know your story better than I do, so I take a more client-centered approach. I am prepared to support you if you are ready to work to change your life. Let’s get to work!
