My name is Anita Prasad-Aguilera, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), based in Fresno, California. I am providing therapy statewide via telehealth. I work with adults of all ages specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults whose struggles are keeping them from the life they want. I am offering you a safe place to talk, space to heal, and strategies to cope with the difficult side of life. I will be with you as you navigate stressful situations, foster healthy connections, and work through past trauma.
My approach to therapy is to consider the needs of each individual. I will provide support, guidance, and structure, motivating you to find solutions that encourage healing and growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as, Psychodynamic Therapy and Exposure Therapy.
