In over 20 yrs of counseling experience I've worked with many clients through a variety of interventions. I seek to create an environment of emotional safety. With children I utilize play therapy. Adults have a variety of tools to assist in therapy such as art,sand tray, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic orientation, and psychoeducation.
I offer a balanced approach between the art and science of the counseling experience I have a strong combination of empathy, education, and experience.in over 20 yrs of counseling, I've partnered with my clients to address such clinical issues as: anxiety, agoraphobia, ADHD, behavioral disorders, bi-polar disorder, depression OCD and personality disorders.
