About
In spite of your best efforts, life can sometimes overwhelm you. Whether problems are recent or longstanding, I can help. My 27 years in the profession has afforded me knowledge and experience with a broad range of issues. My practice emphasizes the resolution to everyday problems. We will explore obstacles to growth and development and uncover inner strengths that can be applied to personal and professional relationships. I value psychotherapy as a growth- producing process. Out of this you will learn a great deal about yourself which you can use to make your life more meaningful.
I am accepting new clients and offering phone or video sessions and would be honored to support you during this time of uncertainty. I am experienced in a variety of approaches and can help child, youth, adults and families.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for teens
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment created by Dr. Marsha Linehan. DBT Family is designed for teens and parents who struggle to regulate their emotions and behaviors effectively. Families participate in DBT when traditional psychotherapy, day treatment and/or hospitalizations have not been effective. Our Family DBT program can also help parents and their kids better see one another's differing viewpoints which can strengthen their relationships.
