We will also work on the skills you need to manage anxiety, mood shifts, and difficult relationships.
I have extensive experience with grief counseling and grief support groups. I have worked in a medical setting, where I counseled individuals with serious and chronic illness. My work is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and process-based grief therapy, while incorporating other treatment modalities into the work as appropriate.
I believe you will feel better when you have a safe place to express your feelings and confront your fears. As you become more connected to yourself, you will become more confident, and you will gain clarity that leads you toward action.
