My goal is to collaboratively identify personal strengths, extract meaning, utilize effective coping skills, and develop a new understanding of self, in order to help you get the most out of life. The therapeutic alliance is built on trust, immediacy, and honest, open communication. Even if the process is new to you - if you are ready to honestly face your life circumstances, fears, anxieties, and choices - I am ready to assist you.
From anxiety, depression, and life transitions - to bereavement and trauma work, every issue counts. Whether its heavy stuff you feel you aren't allowed to talk about or don't have a safe and understanding place to process, or if it is every day stressors - it's all welcome here.
In addition to traditional 50 minute sessions, 75 minute sessions are also available. At times, you might want to gain some traction, delve deeper in to various issues, and/or complete EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) treatment. Various treatment modalities are available to suit your specific needs and goals.
