I am a licensed clinical professional counselor providing individual, couple, and family therapy in the Northwest Suburbs. I have over 25 years of counseling experience with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, attachment, ADHD, infertility, grief and loss, dating, relationships, women's issues, aging, and trauma.
I provide a safe, nurturing environment to develop trust and open communication with my clients. My practice approach is client focused and goal directed. I apply cognitive-behavioral methods while working with adults and teens. When working with children and families, I use elements of theraplay and parent coaching.
