About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington and have been practicing since 2011. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and loss, relationship issues, parenting support, learning difficulties, and developmental disabilities. I have specialized training and experience working with children, teens, and families. In session I use an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to the needs of the individual client or family system in my office. I generally combine Attachment and Client-Centered Theory in practice and I frequently use CBT and EMDR in session.
I view therapy as a collaboration between client and therapist to address specific concerns. I hope to assist clients in practicing more mindful, and authentic ways of connecting with those that they are in relationship with. I strive to help individuals not just cure symptoms, but to help them thrive in all areas of their life.
