I have extensive training in EMDR Therapy and Parts Work ( IFS informed EMDR). Healing from trauma is possible. Within a relationship of safety and validation, you will experience wholeness again.
I work with individuals and couples. Many couples struggle with conflict and communication. Though hardships today may be rooted in the past, relationships offer a pathway for healing.
