Whether you are facing challenges with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, divorce, parenting or co-parenting, partner relationships, trauma recovery, career stressors or life transitions, there is hope. I match treatment interventions based upon your needs, however I tend to use treatment approaches that are solution focused and trauma informed. I am a direct and active therapist using humor when appropriate. I utilize EMDR, Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches in my work.
Over the past twenty-eight years I have partnered with individuals, couples, adolescents and families in a variety of settings to include military installations both stateside and abroad, outpatient settings and treatment centers.
In addition to clinical services, I am also a divorce mediator who can assist you and your divorcing spouse reach agreements regarding your children, property division and other important matters. These services are not covered by insurance and are therefore self-pay. Please call for rates.
