I have experience helping clients who have had various concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, trauma, life change adjustments, adoption, substance use, and aging family members.
I like to use strength-based approaches to help people realize their own strengths and power to affect change in their lives and lead with confidence.
Sometimes the hardest part is the beginning. I hope to provide that safe space for all my clients to be authentic, to be able to share, interact, and to heal.
