Clients often come in struggling with anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, communication issues, or patterns within their personality that no longer serve them. Many feel misunderstood, burnt out, or unsure how to move forward. I provide a supportive, structured space where clients can gain insight, learn practical coping skills, and can build healthier patterns.
