Sometimes life feels heavy, and it’s hard to know where to start. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying pain that’s hard to explain. Maybe you’re a teen sorting through complicated emotions, a child showing distress through behavior, or an adult trying to heal the hurt parts of yourself. You want to feel more grounded and more like yourself- you're looking for someone who gets it, who can walk alongside you with warmth, honesty, and a sprinkling of humor as you begin to heal.

As an LMHC and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), I use a variety of trauma-informed techniques to help you process past wounds, understand your internal world, and find more balance. With kids, I offer Child-Centered Play Therapy, meeting them where they are developmentally through play. My approach is warm, collaborative, and paced to fit what you need.

Starting therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a space where you can show up just as you are- messy feelings and all. Whether you’re reaching out for yourself or your child, I’d be honored to walk with you through the hard stuff.
