I work primarily with people who identify as QTBIPOC, Black, BIPOC, or LGBTQ folks seeking support as they build lives worth living.
In my sessions, I draw on DBT and CBT to help clients approach their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with curiosity. I incorporate IFS and EMDR, modalities that facilitate collaborative care and embodiment. These approaches allow me to partner with clients as they work to reduce the impact of depression, anxiety, and trauma in their lives.
Reach out to learn more about my approach and perspective on healing and change.
