Recovering from problems requires support, love and encouragement in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. I love helping people overcome and heal from their problems, and grow as individuals. I work with individuals 21 and older. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in codependency, abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Advanced Integrative Therapy to heal root causes of trauma, anxiety and depression. I help my clients work through and resolve their problems. I am a Certified Holistic Life Coach, taught by Alan Cohen, M.A.
Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT), is powerful, effective energy work that uses the energy centers of the body to clear trauma, as well as long standing issues. In Holistic Life Coaching, I use a variety of techniques to help people resolve problems, and get clarity and direction for their lives.
I am originally from New Orleans, LA, but have lived in Lafayette, LA since 1977. I received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, and my Master's in Social Work from Louisiana State University. I completed certification for Holistic Life Coaching in March 2022. I am also a returned Peace Corps Volunteer.
