I have specialized training in trauma practice, particularly around experiences of abuse, violence, and intergenerational trauma. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and other relational approaches. Much of my experience is working with people of color and queer and trans/GNC communities.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, fostering individuals’ ability to build resilience, joy, and power. I welcome you to process things of all sizes (your traumas and your milder annoyances), explore your identities and experiences, and express a wide range of emotions. I highly value direct communication and feedback.
I am able to work with people who live in New York, New Jersey, and California. At this moment, I am only able to work with individuals and I do not provide couples/relationship/family therapy.
