I also specialize in working with children who have trauma, depression, or anxiety and need assistance with learning how to identify and regulate their emotions.
I offer a holistic, mind-body approach, along with evidence based techniques. My work integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed practices to gently support your nervous system and uncover the root of emotional pain.
I offer play therapy for children beginning at age 3, while offering parenting support.
