Animating Principle's Workshop is where compassion and critical thinking meet. From the neurodivergent, whimsical, creative minds of Animating Principle's husband and wife duo, Britney and Sean, the Workshop is a one-of-a-kind space that offers a variety of individual and group personal enrichment and therapy services. The Workshop's unique classes promote positive socialization, psychoeducation, and healthy coping for children and teens. Art, Lego, STEM, Disney-themed coping classes and more available, as well as traditional, play, CBT, and art therapy for all ages.
The Workshop specializes in anxiety, neurodiversity (Autism, giftedness, ADHD) & low confidence. However, all are welcome! Britney & Sean created the Workshop to foster a greater sense of community after the devastating mental health effects of the pandemic. The Workshop offers reduced fees for those in need & hosts a free Community Coping Class each month.

Free Yoga/Mindfulness Class Ages 13-18
Join us at Animating Principle's Workshop in Glendale (Montrose area) on Saturday, September 21st for a free yoga and mindful meditation class. Ages 13-18. A donation of $10 is always appreciated, but never expected. 10 spots available. 11am-12:30pm. Please bring your own yoga mat! No walk-ins. Sign-up only.
