Whether we are in the office (in South Denver) or on the farm (in Longmont or Lakewood), the presence of an animal provides a calming environment. I believe that therapy is a collaborative experience and in working with me, you'll get a non-judgmental therapist with a sense of humor!
I specialize in helping individuals with relationship issues and attachment trauma with the assistance of animals. You can come into the office and be in the presence of a therapy dog or meet me at a ranch for an equine-assisted session! I approach therapy from an attachment perspective and utilize a variety of approaches, including EMDR for healing trauma.
If you're looking to make changes in your life to become the best version of yourself, I would love to help you on that journey.
